This work, leaning on in the presentation of a clinical case, tries to specify that precocious semiology, insisting on observed psychosensorial distortions and underlining the interest of acting in these patients from the appearance of the fisrt signs, continuing specific modalities: intensive psychotherapy centered on the filiation, to reason of a daily session. This attitude, containing the delirious or psychotic emergency, permit frequently maintain the nexus of union between the mother and the son. The suggested hypothesis is that this therapeutic attitude tries favorably on future interactions, favoring deep psychic changes in the mother, with improvement of the long-term prognostic. Durante los 6 meses siguientes la paciente es controlada una vez cada 2 semanas por el psiquiatra.
